This policy describes how whistleblowerawardcalc.com, operated by The Click Lab Agency LLC, handles information when you use this website. The short version: the calculator runs in your browser, we do not ask you to open an account, and we do not collect a case description to share with a lawyer.

Information we collect

Reading the calculator, guides, methodology, and FAQ does not require you to give us your name, email address, phone number, or anything about a possible claim. We do not require registration. Numbers you type into the award calculator are processed in your browser. They are not transmitted to our servers, and we do not store them.

If you email hey@theclicklab.agency, we receive the address you wrote from, the message, and whatever you chose to put in it. That is the personal information we hold directly. Please do not include the facts of a potential whistleblower claim in that email. The inbox is for corrections, questions about the pages, and press or business inquiries, as the contact page explains.

Google AdSense and Google Analytics may collect technical and usage data, as described below. Those tools are operated by Google, under Google's own terms.

What we do not collect

We do not operate a case-review form. We do not ask for a phone number, a ZIP code, or a description of alleged fraud, and we do not share that kind of information with attorneys. Using the site does not sign you up to be called or texted.

An earlier version of the homepage had an optional form that asked for a name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and a short description. That form has been removed. If you submitted it and want the information deleted, or want contact about it to stop, use theclicklab.agency/optout, or email hey@theclicklab.agency.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-XB1TWVB8JG) for aggregate traffic data: pages viewed, session duration, approximate region, device type, and how the visit arrived. We use that to see which guides are actually read. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Google AdSense and cookies

We display advertising through Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-6434377544325972). AdSense may set or read cookies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on sites you have visited. You can control personalized ads at Google Ad Settings. Google describes its use of data on partner sites in Google's Privacy & Terms.

An ad that appears beside a guide is not an endorsement of the advertiser, and it is not a recommendation of a law firm. Advertising does not change the statutory ranges or the calculator.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may ask us to disclose, delete, or correct personal information we hold about you. The calculator does not send us the figures you enter, so there is nothing of that kind for us to disclose or delete. The personal information we hold directly is email you send us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share case information with lawyers for compensation. Google AdSense may use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. That activity can be a “sale” or “share” under the CCPA/CPRA even though we are not paid for a lead. Opt out of personalized ads at Google Ad Settings, linked above. For a request to us, email hey@theclicklab.agency. We will not discriminate against you for making a request the statute allows.

EEA and UK visitors

If you email us, we use that message to answer you. We do not run a lead form, and we do not rely on consent to call or text you about a claim, because we do not collect a phone number for that purpose. Analytics and advertising cookies are processed by Google as described above. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser and use the Google opt-outs linked on this page. To ask about an email you sent us, use the contact address below.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and the programs it describes are not children's programs. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Retention and security

Calculator inputs never reach our servers. We keep email long enough to answer it and for a limited period afterward so we can find a correction thread, and we delete it sooner if you ask. We do not keep a database of whistleblower allegations on this site. Email is the channel we monitor; do not send documents you would not want stored in an ordinary inbox.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above is the date of the latest revision. The October 2026 revision removed the case-review form from the description of what this site collects.
